Job summary
This post will focus on the project management of a complex process that provides commercial support to several stakeholders. The postholder will also focus on maintain strong working relationships and support for advisory groups, review groups and a range of contacts within the operational NHS.
Contract type: Permanent 0.26 WTE (10.5 hours)
Main duties of the job
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Supporting the CLT programme managers in the development, change, improvement and operation of the commercial processes.
- Align processes to support key stakeholders.
- Planning, coordinating contributing to the delivery of CLT outputs on process, on time and maintaining the quality of those outputs.
The project manager works within the CLT and alongside the Programme Manager on a portfolio of projects to support the development of commercial arrangements in a timely manner.
The post holder will regularly review operational procedures, identify areas for improvement, and oversee the implementation of changes. Working with the programme manager, they take on additional responsibilities to review and update CLT processes when required and undertake special project work for the Associate Director (CLT), programme director (CMAP) and the Senior Management Team of the Institute.
