Job summary

The postholder will be a qualified accountant (CCAB or CIMA), having responsibility to deliver high-quality management accounting work which involves the analysis of financial information, preparation of financial reports and helping non-finance colleagues through business partnering to interpret and understand financial principals and procedures. You will act as the main point of contact to deliver financial advice and guidance relating to all finance issues and to facilitate the performance of the organisation's internal operations and the delivery of products and services through providing proactive and responsive support. Ensuring that the Head of Financial Management and Associate Director - Finance have accurate and up to date information to provide timely financial advice and supporting information to Directors within the Institute. Responsible for developing, training and motivating staff within the finance team.

We are planning to carry out interviews on 28th March Thursday over Microsoft Teams.

Main duties of the job

You will help ensure the organisations reporting requirements met, providing directors with relevant, accurate and timely financial advice and management information. You will be the finance lead / business partner to directorates to help support costing business cases and organisational development. You will be responsible for developing links with senior management to ensure we meet our financial objectives and key strategic developments.
