Job summary

Job Purpose

The Senior People Partner is responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management across the organisation. They will facilitate, spearhead, and implement strategic initiatives that promote, foster, and solidify a dynamic yet harmonious workplace where our teams can thrive.

The Senior People Partner is responsible for ensuring the contribution of People expertise to business decision making and develop innovative people solutions to support business plans and strategy.

They will be a key conduit between the People services and other colleagues across NICE. Maintaining effective communication links, ensuring that best practice is shared and developed.

They will ensure that operational and strategic Organisational Development services are aligned within Directorates, to promote partnership working and the delivery of a proactive and customer centred service, which improves the user experiences.

Main duties of the job

o Develop, implement, and manage strategic people-oriented initiatives and programs that guarantee the success, growth, and engagement of our colleagues.

o Collaborate with leadership teams to materialise growth-oriented strategies that ensure employee satisfaction, well-being, and align with the core values of NICE.

o Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of innovation, inclusivity, continuous learning, and development encompassing all organisational levels.

o Coordinate with the People team during the recruitment process, aiming for excellence and diversity in our healthcare-focused workforce.

o Mitigate workplace conflicts by analysing and addressing any people-related issues while maintaining a high level of integrity, compassion, and confidentiality.

o Foster a nurturing work environment that emphasises the commitment of NICE to be a key relevant part of the health and care system.

o Contribute to the creation, implementation, and evaluation of personal development plans, providing guidance and feedback when necessary.

o To act as a pivotal leader across the broad range of disciplines within the organisation. Paying particular attention to the management and development of the People Partner.
