Job summary

We have an interesting opportunity for anyone with an interest in facilities, events and managing people and offices. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Office Co-Ordinator for our lovely London office on the edge of the Olympic Park, Stratford. The successful candidate will run a small but efficient facilities team and work alongside other health organisations to create a great place for staff to come and work. They will also manage our large external meeting room suite which includes meeting room and AV set ups, catering and reception services. Due to the nature of the job this is a permanent, office based position.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is the independent organisation responsible for providing national guidance and advice on promoting high quality health, public health and social care.

Main duties of the job

The Office Coordinator will support the day-to-day running of the facilities team, providing support to the London Estates and Facilities Manager.

The post holder will manage the team responsible for the day to day running of the office. This will include events, reception, facilities, and overall responsibility for the external meeting suite.

The London Facilities team is responsible for the smooth running of the London office and the large external meeting room suite. They provide facilities duties to NICE staff and the other 7 health organisations on the floor.
