Job summary
Role title: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner
Location: Manchester/London
The Role
We are embarking on a new, exciting phase of our equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) journey, and we are looking for someone who can help us establish and embed best-practice EDI into everything we do.
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner will be a key member of the Engagement and Development team, providing expertise and practical support in a range of areas relating to EDI. The role will support a variety of established and emerging projects aligned to our organisational workforce EDI objectives, our Annual EDI Plan 2022/23, and a new, high-profile cross-organisational culture change programme.
This secondment opportunity would suit somebody who is already well established in a similar role and is looking to expand their experience. Perhaps you'd like an opportunity to work in the health and social care system for the first time- or, if already working in this sector, would like experience of working in an Arms Lengths Body (ALB)? Or maybe you like the idea of joining an organisation at the very beginning of its EDI journey, and would relish the opportunity to make an impact through new activity and projects? If this sounds like you, then we'd love to hear from you.
Interviews will be held on the 23rd /24th May.
