Job summary

Our HR Officer is responsible for supporting staff and managers by responding to HR related queries and providing operational support including recruitment services. If you are looking to start or develop in your HR career and you have a strong administration background we'd love to hear from you. We are recruiting this role at band 4 with a development programme to band 5. Funding/part funding for CIPD may be available.

The role will be a combination of site working at Coventry (3 days minimum) and home working (up to 2 days).

Interviews will be face to face at Coventry office on 16th March and include aptitude tests.

Main duties of the job

Supporting the HR Business Partner and all managers in all people related aspects of the work of the NHSCFA and act as an ambassador for HR Advisory services.

Providing a recruitment service to managers which includes daily liaison with outsourced HR transactional function. Leading recruitment conversations with managers and administering the TRAC system.

Providing advice and answering HR queries using judgement and seeking advice from HR Business partner and following up on actions in a timely manner.
