Brents diversity is evident to all who visit our borough and our long history of ethnic and cultural diversity has created a place that is truly unique and valued by those who live and work here.
Adult Social Care is part of the Care Health and Wellbeing department, and together we have a clear focus on working together to support residents, families, and communities.
The department brings together a range of services and support. This enables us to have a clear focus on accommodation as a building block for long-term wellbeing and independence, as well as deliver genuinely multi-disciplinary working for people of any age with more complex needs.
