Job summary

Join our Adult Services senior team, we are ready for you to bring your experience and passion to lead our ageing and living well programme, supporting older adults, people with dementia and people discharging from hospital.

Main duties of the job

This challenge calls for a senior leader with experience in leading operational health or social care services. Degree-educated (or equivalent), youll be a registered social worker or health and care professional, who can lead short term intervention services, commissioned services and directly provided, regulated CQC care services. For these services, you will maintain quality service performance and grade.

  • Evidence of continuous professional development proportionate to a senior adult social care leadership role.
  • Significant experience of managing services in an adult social care or health setting.
  • Highly experienced in directly managing performance in terms of quality, outcomes, and use of resources.
