Job summary

Salary range: £35,745 - £42,403 per annum (salary will be commensurate with level of experience)

Work location:Countywide, Oxfordshire - agile working arrangements to be discussed at interview

Hours per week: 37- we are open to discussions about flexible working, part-time hours will be considered.

Contract type: Temporary for 18 months (secondment opportunity if internal)

Main duties of the job

It is a fantastic and unique chance to work with young people and their families on a long-term basis which gives Social Workers the opportunity to build rapport and establish really positive relationships with the people they support.

We want people who are strengths-based and aspirational in their approach with a strong commitment to working with families and our key partners in Children's Social Care, Education and Health.

We want to create a workforce that is brave, agile and innovative that listens, learns and celebrates success and we currently have a Social Worker vacancy in the team.

About us

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Moving into Adulthood Team within Adult Social Care. The team will work with young people between the ages of 18-25. We are looking for people who have a genuine passion for improving outcomes for young people transitioning to Adult Social Care in Oxfordshire.
