Job summary

Team Support Officer, 37 hours per week, supporting the SEN Business Support Team based in County Hall. This position will initially be temporary for 12 months, with potential to become permanent. Some of the work that you will be undertaking will be: Uploading information to our database Creating financial paperwork Raising payments and charges Coordinating training events Maintaining spreadsheets Supporting our Special Educational Needs Services

We are looking for people that are organised, have good ICT skills and can build excellent working relationships with suppliers, schools and professionals and will strive to provide efficient and first-class customer service. A keen eye for detail is essential in this role. We have a dedicated training and induction plan where we will develop your knowledge, skills and expertise.

Job responsibilities

Position: Team Support Officer

Salary range: £28,163 - £30,060 per annum

Work location: County Hall, Oxford

(NB - We promote agile working so there will be opportunities to do a mixture of working from an office and working from home)

Hours per week: 37

Contract type: Temporary for 12 months initially
