About the Role
The role has lead responsibility for ensuring that statutory requirements are adhered to and the team of Personal Advisers are well supported. This role has management responsibility i.e.providing day to day operational management of the Leaving Care Team, chairing network meetings, implementing policies in accordance with Leaving Care Legislation.
About you
This is an opportunity for candidates who want to undertake this role as part of their professional development or to experience a different area of work or for experienced existing managers to embark upon a new role.
You will be an adaptable and capable assistant manager who is dedicated and passionate about supporting the needs of care leavers.
