Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join a friendly and supportive community team on a permanent basis.
We are a team of passionate, innovative and child-centred therapists based at The Salt Way Centre in West Swindon. The Salt Way Centre is a specialist centre for childrens therapies (Speech & Language Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy), the disabled childrens social work team, and a specialist early years centre for children with complex needs.
Main duties of the job
You will be managing a caseload of children and young people in clinics, preschools and schools. If you have particular areas of interest, we can offer opportunities to further develop your practice in areas such as:
Early Years
Autism
Special educational needs
Cleft lip and palate,
Dysphagia
Deafness.
