Main duties of the job
There has never been a better time to join Swindon Borough Council’s Public Health Nursing Team! Due to the recent remodelling of Swindon’s Early Help offer, we are looking for dynamic, innovative and energetic individuals to join us. We have exciting and rewarding roles within our 0-19 team for the right candidates and are looking for people who share our vision of ‘‘One Children’s Service - Consistently Good Everyday’.
Health Visitors are a valued part of our team, who work with the multiagency team to empower children, young people and families to make healthy lifestyle choices. They are able to identify when extra help may be required and offer the appropriate support or signposting as needed.
