Due to the recent remodelling of Swindons Early Help offer to families, we are looking for dynamic, innovative and energetic individuals to join us. We have exciting and rewarding roles within our 0-19 team for the right candidates and are looking for people who share our vision of One Childrens Service - Consistently Good Everyday.
Main duties of the job
Health Visitors are a valued part of our team, who work with the multiagency team to empower children, young people and families to make healthy lifestyle choices. They are able to identify when extra help may be required and offer the appropriate support or signposting as needed. Swindon
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and able to build effective working relationships with a wide range of people. They will have exceptional time management and organisational skills and a resilient, brave and connected mind set. The ability to travel throughout the Borough is essential and therefore a car driver would be preferable.
