Community Staff Nurses are a valued part of our team, who work with the multiagency team to empower children, young people and families to make healthy lifestyle choices. The successful candidates will work across the 0-19 team in both the home and clinic settings to support and complement the work undertaken by School Nurses and Health Visitors.

Main duties of the job

Following the promotion of three current staff nurses commencing their Specialist Community Public Health Nursing qualification, we are delighted to be looking for new staff nurses to join our team and start their community career.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and able to build effective working relationships with a wide range of people. They will have exceptional organisational skills and a resilient, brave and connected mind set. The ability to travel throughout the Borough is essential and therefore a car driver would be preferable.
