Were looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Social Worker to join our Adult Community Team in Huntingdon. Based at Scott House, youll be part of a warm, collaborative service that works hand-in-hand with health professionals, partners, families, and carers to achieve the very best outcomes for adults in our community.

What will you be doing?

You will be leading practice and performance development through high-quality supervision and support, in line with Care Act principles

Taking the lead on highly complex cases, working creatively with partners to manage risk.

Providing leadership in managing essential team functions, including complex safeguarding situations.

Supporting a hybrid working model, balancing office-based reflection time with collaborative remote working.

About you

Youre passionate about social work, a natural leader, and keen to share your knowledge and experience. Youll bring:

Social Work England registration

Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience

Ideally, Practice Educator status (or working towards it)

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across agencies, providers, families, and carers

Flexibility to work from a variety of locations and travel independently
