Main duties of the job
Your role and responsibilities
You will:
- lead delivery of the Healthy Child Programme for ages 0-5
- conduct assessments and care planning
- evaluate outcomes and support service improvement
- champion health promotion and reduce inequalities
- provide health reviews and targeted support to families
- maintain NMC registration and work to The Code
- safeguard children through collaboration, assessments, support and advice
- be the key contact and case holder for families.
