About us

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Hospital Social Care Team in Warwick. The Hospital Social Care Team is a well led service which has excellent relationships with health. As a Team Leader you will be expected to deliver an effective day to day service to ensure timely and safe discharges of customers from hospital with the appropriate care and support. The role will be managing the Team within Warwick Hospital. You will line manage staff, support continuous CPD of both you and your team and work closely with Health and Social Care Colleagues.   Warwick Hospital will be your base. There is also an expectation that the role will support the Team Leaders from other Hospital Social Care Team if required.    There will also be opportunities for you to develop your skills and abilities and be involved in service developments to continuously improve quality and compliance with current and new legislation.    For further details about the role please contact Dawn Johnson via  01926 742133 or dawnjohnson@warwickshire.gov.uk
