Job summary

As part of an exciting expansion programme, we are currently establishing a new residential home in Norwich called `The Den`, which will provide holistic care for young people with learning disabilities who have complex health needs and/or challenging behaviours.
`The Den` has the potential to provide a home for two young people or to operate as a sole occupancy home. The Service will have the use of its own vehicle and is also situated in a Norwich suburb which has good bus links and is close to the rail station in the city.
We are now recruiting for this exciting new Service. We need motivated, resilient and positive individuals with humour, tenacity and empathy to help children and young people with disabilities to flourish and reach their full potential.

My role as a Residential Childrens Practitioner involves providing the best individualised care for the young people, providing social and independence opportunities, enabling the young people to flourish in our environment.
