Your knowledge of the Care Act, expert advice in safeguarding and advanced practice skills will be highly respected within the service. Our Mental Health Hub in Bromley is our single point of access for all referrals to our mental health services. We are a multi-disciplinary team providing the direct link between primary and secondary care services, offering advice and support to GPs, undertaking initial assessments and directing service users to the pathway that will best meet their needs. Team members do not undertake care co-ordination but may undertake short-term working on a small caseload as appropriate for up to 12 weeks to support residents remaining in primary care without need for a secondary service.
As a qualified AMHP you will also be a member of the centralised AMHP service for 5 days every 5 - 6 weeks, on-site at Green Parks House in Bromley which ensures your practice is always supported by the highly experienced AMHP manager who will provide your professional supervision.
