We have an exciting opportunity for 4 Senior Social Workers to join The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

1. Senior Social Worker (Hospital Team)

2. Senior Social Worker (CMHT)

3. Senior Social Worker (Community Team)

4. Senior Social Worker (MHTOP)

These are full-time, permanent roles, with a salary of £44,496 - £48,946 per annum plus an annual retention bonus of £3,000 subject to eligibility.

Main duties of the job

The Role:

The social work team engages patients and family members in the transition from hospital to home, with the goal of reducing adverse events and preventable readmissions.

To execute these tasks, the team undertakes the full range of social work tasks as required by the needs of each case and the policies of the department in order to provide the best possible service to service users.

You will work flexibly with the management team, lead on key projects, and chair meetings such as risk assessments and best interest decisions. With a focus on safeguarding vulnerable adults, achieving performance targets, and operating within budgetary constraints, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
