The Role:
This is an exciting time to join the team as we transform the way we deliver HR services across the council. Our Workforce Service is seeking a Workforce Analyst to support the drive for an evidenced-based approach to practice and a move to support strategic workforce planning across the council.
You will play a vital role in supporting data-driven decision making by providing valuable insights to the Workforce function.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Your primary function will be collecting, analysing and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improving HR processes and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders across the organisation to understand data needs and produce customised reports and analytics
- Keep up to date with HR trends, benchmarks and best practice to enhance analytics capability
