The team is presently made up of:
- Practice lead
- Occupational Therapists
- Moving + handling lead
- Apprentice and Trainee Occupational Therapists
- Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Vison Rehabilitation Specialist (VCR)
- Registered Officers Hearing Impairment (ROHI)
Main duties of the job
Were embracing a strengths-based approach and working within a community-led support model that builds on the assets and strengths of both people, families, and their local communities. Together, well focus on prevention, enablement, reablement and safety, to promote wellbeing and independence. Well ensure that residents, families and communities have the right support in place, and at the right time.
