We are offering an opportunity to join our Health Visitor teams as a Community Nurse.
Main duties of the job
The role of the Community Nurse is integral part of the Health Visiting team, supporting the delivery of a community public health nursing service.
You will take delegated work and be responsible for your own caseload, having a degree of autonomy over your diary and workload planning. You will be providing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the Healthy Child Programme

Working in Cornwall has the added advantage also of having some beautiful rural areas and beaches which provide plenty of leisure opportunities to create a great work life balance. You will be working in community settings and will hold a delegated caseload, therefore time management and prioritisation skills are essential. You should be able to work alone and in a team with an ability to maintain electronic records.
