Job summary

Our Social Workers are based on-site at Basingstoke Hospital and enjoy the benefits of engaging with people face-to-face, working in partnership with Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Consultants in this fast-paced, muti-disciplinary environment.

Main duties of the job

No two cases are the same, so youll enjoy a diverse caseload and have the opportunity to really stretch your social work skills. Dealing with a broad spectrum of complex issues, including Mental Capacity Act assessments and safeguarding, your sound understanding of our legal obligations, will support your decision making.
