use their knowledge to inform practice through information, resources and expert
led training to inform, inspire and innovate. As a team we work closely together
with a shared vision and drive to improve the lives of people who access Adult
social care and the staff that support them.
In the role of Learning and Development Officer - Clinical Skills, you'll use
specialist clinical knowledge and experience to develop evidence based and
innovative person centred learning and development programmes to meet the
outcomes required by operational services undergoing transformation. You'll lead
the clinical skills learning and development programme within the Learning and
Development team, working in partnership with staff in operational teams from
provider service, including Older Person, Learning Disability and Reablement
services

safe and high quality level of clinical practice across all services. This will include
skills development in key areas of clinical practice that will support the
significant workforce and cultural changes associated with the transformation of
adult social care and that will contribute to the success of integration
programmes with our health partners.

qualified nurses, and professional care staff working across the department. This
will be primarily those employed by Hampshire County Council (HCC) but also
through the external Impact programme, to staff working in the private and
