Job summary

As Family Liaison, you'll provide outstanding support to our residents by arranging visits with friends and loved ones and supporting our residents to communicate using letters, the telephone, and other technologies. You'll also undertake welcome phone calls and send welcome information to our new arrivals next of kin and support with admissions and discharges.

Main duties of the job

Using your excellent IT skills, you'll have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and have a confident and approachable manner.
