Experienced Tea Leaders play an integral role in our preventative approach to
Social Care. We encourage our multi-disciplinary teams to share their ideas and

You will be
working at the Princess Building, in Halifax Town Centre, for Calderdale
Metropolitan Borough Council. In Calderdales Adults Services and Wellbeing, we

Main duties of the job
Calderdales
Adults Services and Wellbeing has
a number of exciting Team Leader roles across our social care system from
Safeguarding, Prevention and Early Help services right through to All Age
Disability services.
The focus
is early intervention, prevention, community anchors and promoting wellbeing
and outcomes. Closer partnerships between the Council, Calderdale Clinical
Commissioning Group, Calderdale and Huddersfield Hospital Trust, the community
and voluntary sector is required to ensure the right outcomes and options are
available for the individual we work alongside. We aim to create innovative
approaches to drive change and improvements for communities, groups and
individuals, which addresses social isolation and loneliness, giving the people
of Calderdale new opportunities to engagement and a well lived life.
You will
have a joint responsibility with the Team Manager and other Team Leaders for
staff within the team ensuring performance management, regulatory compliance,
and service delivery, ensuring service priorities are met and take
responsibility as required in the absence of Team Manager.
