Job summary
The London Borough of Enfield, Health & Adult Social Care Department seeks experienced Mental Health Social Workers & AMHP practitioners to fill vacancies in our fully integrated multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Teams and centralized AMHP Service. The Home Treatment Team & Community Locality Teams Mental Health Social Work/AMHP position provides an exciting opportunity for experienced practitioners to demonstrate creativity to make a real difference in vulnerable peoples lives; and to influence and shape the practice of aspiring social workers through Practice Education/AYSE Program.

We seek imaginative and dynamic social work practitioners motivated to make positive contributes to the transformation of mental health social care, asserting social recovering and empowerment models, working in meaningful partnerships with service users, their carers, and families. You will make full use of person-centred assessment skills, using strengths-based and enabling principals, demonstrate coordination and planning skills with a focus on prevention, recovery, wellbeing, and dignity outcomes.
