We are also open to applications from Newly qualified Occupational Therapists, salary: £38,364 - £39,951
The London Borough of Enfield has a range of exciting opportunities within the Adult Social Care Locality Teams for Occupational Therapists both experienced and newly qualified:

As the Occupational Therapy team works with children and adults, additional training and support would be offered as required.
We are open to consideration of rotations between our different teams to build upon your skills. Currently we are using a hybrid working model utilising office and home working options.
Main duties of the job
Skills required
- Treating each individual service user with kindness, dignity, and respect
- Active listening to understand a service users condition, family circumstances and overall situation
- Demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation and report writing skills
- Ability to gather, understand and record accurately a service users current presentation and difficulties that require assessment
- Ability to manage a demanding workload, prioritise queries, resolve problems and signpost to alternative services
- Ability to be flexible and highly adapt to a continuously changing and dynamic workload and work practices
- Ability to apply motivation and resilience when dealing with complex and emotionally challenging situations leading to agreed outcomes
You will be registered with the HCPC and will hold a professional OT qualification with post qualifying experience in health and social care including community placements.
