Service Objectives

  • To enable service users to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
  • To support service users to carry out everyday tasks involved in maintaining a tenancy and according to their preferred lifestyle.
  • If needed, to support service users with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner

  • To maintain a well-trained workforce who can work together to meet the individual needs of the service users.
  • To work towards withdrawing support as service users gain confidence and learn new skills.

  • To conform to the requirements of Care Quality Commission and any other regulatory authorities who may be involved with the service.
