We are looking for an Care Assistant (Extra Care)to be based in one of our Extra Care Services at The Orchard on a part time basis on permanent contract.This role is for 21 hours per week (one post available) and involvesa rota system which includes working every other weekend with some bank holidays for which enhancements are paid.

This post attracts a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce.  This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period and is subject to eligibility criteria.

About the Team

Extra Care Housing is for adults, who have some care needs, with an assured tenancy in a self-contained flat in a purpose-built or adapted scheme. Our Extra care housing services have been rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in June 2022.
