We work with adults over 18 and above with a variety of presenting needs, which provides opportunity for a stimulating and interesting caseload. We are a short-term service providing short -term support to service users in the community, working closely with the reablement service, Care Coordination Centre Triage Clinicians and Community Services. About the Role As a Social Worker in the First Response Team you will be: Undertaking assessments under the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005. This involves direct work with individuals, families and professionals.

You will be based primarily in Peasedown St John, Bath but will work across the whole of Bath and North East Somerset region.
