Job summary
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused administrator to join our Subject Access Request (SAR) Administration Team. This key role helps ensure patients can exercise their data rights and that our organisation meets its legal obligations under data protection legislation.
If you enjoy structured work, have a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in delivering accurate, timely results, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the job include:
- Logging, tracking, and monitoring requests to ensure statutory deadlines are met
- Liaising with colleagues and partner organisations to gather relevant information and documents
- Reviewing and redacting sensitive or exempt information in line with GDPR and internal policies
- Maintaining accurate records, audit trails, and documentation
- Responding to queries from requesters and colleagues in a professional, supportive manner
- Training colleagues on the SAR process
- Supporting continuous improvements to SAR processes and information governance practices
