Spectrum Community Health are advertising this vacancy on behalf of HealthWatch Wakefield.

Title: Chief Officer

Reports to: Healthwatch Wakefield Trustee Board and Chair

Responsible for: Team of 10 staff

Salary: circa £45,000 per annum

Pension contribution: 5% employer contribution

Budget: circa £450,000 Hours: 37.5 per week

Office Location: The Plex, 15 Margaret Street, WF1 2DQ

Main duties of the job

To lead the operational delivery and service impact of Healthwatch Wakefield, ensuring efficient operations, effective community engagement, and compliance with contractual obligations. This role involves leadership over various teams and functions, including engagement with volunteers, research projects, and advocacy, with direct line management responsibility for around seven staff.
