Job summary
Working with our OccWellbeing team, you'll use your clinical expertise to support the health, safety and wellbeing of colleagues and customers so they can stay well at work and receive the right guidance when they need it most. You'll be part of a friendly, multidisciplinary team that delivers high-quality occupational health services across a wide range of organisations. Your work will help people understand health risks, access timely support, and feel confident in their role.
Main duties of the job
What you'll do:
- Carry out health assessments, screening and immunisations using evidence-based practice
- Provide clear clinical advice to staff, managers and other professionals on fitness for work and health concerns
- Manage a varied caseload, including some complex cases, and plan safe, person-centred care
- Promote workplace health and wellbeing through education, guidance and engagement
- Support junior colleagues and contribute to service improvements, audits and policy development
What we're looking for: - A Registered Nurse with experience in occupational health or a strong interest in developing in this area
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and maintain accurate records
- Willingness to continue professional development, with support and supervision available
