Health Care Assistant

Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a healthcare assistant (Band 3) to join the North Hull Nursing and Conditions community team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated healthcare assistant to work within our community nursing team, to provide holistic high quality nursing care to patients within their own homes. The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and within an integrated team.

Main duties of the job

Previous experience of community nursing is not essential, and the successful candidate will have a named supervisor and an individually tailored development plan. Main duties of the job CHCP CIC is committed to developing its clinical workforce and therefore offers the successful candidate opportunities for further study and career progression. You will be joining dynamic and proactive nursing teams which working in partnership with associated health and social care providers. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative. The ability to commute within CHCP CIC's geographical areas with access to appropriate means of transport is essential.
