Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a 30 hour clinical team leader for the out of hours nursing service.
Some experience of direct line management of staff would be advantageous.
Main duties of the job
To ensure the delivery of a high quality, responsive service to meet the health needs of the population of Hull, and the business agenda of the organisation. The post holder will facilitate on a day-to-day basis managerial and operational responsibilities for the Community Nursing Teams citywide.
The Clinical Team Leader will be responsible for all aspects of operational management within their designated locality and city wide as required on a day-to-day basis, liaising and working with the Operations Manager Community Nursing to ensure an integrated and organised approach to operational service delivery. The Clinical Team Leader will ensure that provision of the service is to a high standard and within operational policy and will participate in the development of strategic workforce and service redesign within Care Group 1.
The post holder will work closely with peers within the organisation to develop and support new integrated process pathways, adapting practice to ensure the achievement of performance targets and CQUINs.
