Are you an organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for helping teams run efficiently? We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Rota Support Assistant to join CHCPs Urgent Care Service.
Main duties of the job
The Roster Support Assistant will be an invaluable member of the team and will co-ordinate the matching of appropriately trained and qualified staff to cover vacant shifts. The post holder will be expected to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective deployment, management and payment of staff in accordance with policies and procedures.

- Level 3 qualification in Administration or Customer Service or equivalent experience
- OCR Level 2 in Word Processing or equivalent level of skill
Knowledge

- Knowledge of records management, information governance and data protection
- Knowledge of a range of software, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, e-roster
Desirable
- Understanding of the financial implications of bank and agency staff engagement
- Knowledge of health care terminology and procedures
