Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Care Leader to join the Holy Name Community Rehabilitation Centre
You will support the Deputy Manager/Registered Manager in overseeing the Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Intermediate Care Units, Facilitate the delivery of care as outlined in each patient's care plan within the Intermediate Care sector, Work collaboratively to ensure the provision of high-quality, person-centered care, promoting best practices in Intermediate Care Services.
Ensure quality care and safety for both patients and staff, contributing to the efficient daily operations of the Residential Rehabilitation unit.
Main duties of the job
This position offers a chance to grow into a leadership role within our Residential/Dementia and Intermediate Care units.
You will receive mentorship to lead a team of health care assistants, ensuring top-quality care across all units.
Primary Hours are Monday to Friday, with various shifts between AM - 6 PM.
Additional Requirements - Must be available to cover senior shifts (7 AM - 7 PM) as needed, including some weekends and bank holidays.
