Job summary

City Health Care Partnership Speech and Language Therapy have a vacancy for a Part-Time Band 3 Senior Admin Assistant within our service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to provide comprehensive administrative support to our friendly and supportive team. Candidates must have excellent communication and IT skills and work well within a team.They will work alongside current admin staff to provide a range of administration support.

Current working days would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday to work alongside other admin support to provide cover over the week

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be a member of City Health Care Partnership, Speech and Language Therapy team supporting the Speech and Language Therapy Services portfolio.You will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support within a health care center setting. The work will include support to the Speech and Language Therapy Operations Manager, Clinical Team Leader's and clinical disciplines and the day to day supervision of any junior staff, bank staff or apprentices. You will be expected to work unsupervised and autonomously.

The role will include the following duties; patient enquiries, referral management, appointment booking, diary management, minute taking, filing, typing, placement of oracle orders, room bookings, coordinating meetings including multidisciplinary meetings and on a monthly basis assisting with performance reporting.
