Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our HR Team as a HR Admin Assistant. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to start a career in Human Resources or who is looking for a change in direction, the preferred candidate will have admin experience, excellent communication skills, be organised and have a desire to provide a high quality customer service to our employees and candidates.
Main duties of the job
Some tasks that you will be expected to undertake as part of this role are:
- Answering basic HR / recruitment queries
- Undertaking ID checks
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Liaising with recruiting managers and candidates
- Ensuring that all recruitment processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner, whilst using the organisations recruitment system (TRC Jobs)
You will be expected to work five days per week (08:30 - 4:30), there is also the opportunity to work from home one day per week, once you are established in the team.
