About the Role Were seeking a compassionate and proactive Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Patient Solutions team at Inizio Engage. This field-based role involves supporting patients and healthcare professionals through clinical care, education, and service feedback delivered in home, community, or remote settings. Key Responsibilities Deliver clinical care and patient education as per programme protocolsSupport follow-up care and ensure accurate documentationBuild relationships with healthcare professionalsReport adverse events and maintain compliance with policies and SOPsParticipate in team meetings and ongoing training

  • Conduct follow-up visits and ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Full UK driving licence (role involves regular travel).
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC
  • Satisfactory DBS check and occupational health clearance will be required prior to employment.

Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years post-registration experience in a clinical setting.
  • Proven venipuncture experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Confident in using digital platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
