We're looking for the right individual to join our growing team at Hippo Labs, contributing to important, impactful work in the healthcare technology space.
Our Clinical Lead will be a practicing NHS GP who will work closely on our Proactive Care Automation product, offering clinical input and oversight.You'll wear many hats including talking to our customers, helping to shape our clinical contentand driving our compliance and regulatory agenda.
You don't need to have had experience working in a software company before, but as a start-up with a fast-paced, high performance culture, we're looking for a clinician who can adapt quickly and fit in with our team and our culture.
The role isbased at our Head Office in London (SE1) with some flexibility to work from home. We're ideally looking for a part-time candidate (2-3 days per week) but are open to full-time applications provided you maintain at least 1 session per week as a practicing NHS GP.
The salary range for this role will be competitive and aligned with similar positions in the market.

- Clinical Targets Content: Review, refine, and build out our clinical content portfolio to ensure its accurate, useful, and evidence-based.
- Compliance & Safety: Act as the Clinical Safety Officer and Caldicott Guardian, guiding our compliance and regulatory agenda.
- Collaboration: Work with sales and customer success teams to ensure customers understand the value of our products.
- Product Development: Help evaluate and prioritise feature development to ensure practice needs are met.
- Know everything Hippo: Build a deep understanding of our products and the needs of our practices / their patients - this is critical to everything else.
