Female Complex Care Assistant  Location: Dagenham, London   Pay: Days £14.75, Nights £15.48  Shifts: Days, Wednesdays & Thursdays 8am-4pm, Nights 9pm-7am plus Bank Position

Our client is a very happy boy, who loves people, being talked to, hugged. He loves school and his teachers, he loves his iPad as he can still control it with his little finger. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Oral and Nasopharyngeal suctioning

    • Nebulizer

    • Cough assist

    • Non Invasive Ventilation

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
