Job summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled care assistant to join our team in East Ham, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Main duties of the job

The Complex Care Assistant role involves providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction. The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, including essential experience in areas such as enteral feeding, non-invasive ventilation, oral suctioning, and oxygen therapy. A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach is also required.
