Job summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Whitechapel, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. Our client is a bright child, living at home with her mother. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Main duties of the job

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, mobility support, and clinical task assistance to our client. You will also be expected to promote comfort, calm, and positive interaction. The role requires experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, including skills in areas such as enteral feeding, oxygen therapy, seizure management, oral suctioning, and medication administration.

Female Complex Care Assistant  Location: Whitechapel London   Pay: Monday to Friday £12.32, Saturday £14.46, Sunday £16.07  Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, 3.30pm-10, Thursday 5.30pm-10pm,       every other Saturday, shift in Havering 12pm-8pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Oxygen Therapy

    • Seizure Management Epilepsy 

    • Oral Suctioning

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
