Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client in Eastbourne with complex health needs. Our client loves reggae music and values consistent, person-centred care delivered by someone calm, reliable, and supportive.

Main duties of the job

The Complex Care Assistant role involves delivering personal care and mobility assistance, supporting with epilepsy & seizure management, including rescue medication, assisting with bowel management and medication administration, and promoting comfort, safety, and positive engagement throughout the night. The successful candidate will have previous experience in complex care, epilepsy & seizure management, rescue medication administration, medication management, and managing challenging behaviours, as well as a calm, professional, and emotionally intuitive approach.
