Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated female Complex Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care for an adult client with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour. Main duties of the job

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will support the client's daily routines, help them engage with the community, and ensure their safety and well-being. This role requires experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviour, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be part of a small, close-knit support team and receive ongoing guidance and training from the care team.

Shift Pattern: Monday – Sunday, 9:30am – 3:30pm Pay: £13.00

You’ll provide consistent, person-centred care by  supporting daily routines, and helping them engage with the community.

About the Role
  • Support a client who enjoys walks, pub lunches, dancing, music, and day trips

  • Enjoy a dedicated daily break while remaining present in the home

  • Be part of a small, close-knit support team
