  Complex Care Assistant  Location: Enfield, London  Pay: £12.32  Shifts: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 4pm-9.30pm

Our client enjoys playing and watching television with his siblings. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care and mobility support

• Supporting with clinical tasks

• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

• Essential experience:

• Learning Disability

• Cerebral Palsy

• Medication Administration

• Moving and Handling

• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach

Qualifications

Essential

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, including Learning Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Medication Administration, and Moving and Handling. A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach is also required.
